Payment Refund Policy

Payment Refund policy (for advance payment):

  1. In case, if the product is unavailable in our stock, we will refund your payment within committed time.
  2. If any of the products are out of the market, we will let you know about the matter and refund you the payment upon confirmation from you.
  3. When Apsarah.com is unable to send the product to your address within committed time, we will contact you to extend time.
  4. If you find the product damaged/ defective & Apsarah.com is unable to replace it with a fresh one, you have to inform us within the present of the delivery man. We will refund upon judging the product.
  5. If a different product which has not been ordered by you is delivered to you mistakenly, Apsarah.com will replace your product or refund your payment communicating with you.
  6. Before shipment Apsarah.com will reconfirm you about your order, after shipment you can’t change the order and there is no way to change your order.
  7. No payment will be refunded for COD (Cash on Delivery) unless damaged or a mistakenly different product is shipped.
  8. The customer receives a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per their original order & if they are not interested to get a replacement, Customer is advised to get in touch with us within 24 hours after receiving the product.
  9. Upon receiving your complaint, Apsarah shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if convinced that the complaint is genuine, Apsarah will take necessary action to refund your payment.
  10. Online payment will be refunded within 7 working days through the online account or bKash depending on the current circumstances as determined by Apsarah.
